Dear All,

Namaste.

We hope this newsletter find you well! It is now the end of 2012 and we are rapidly approaching a brand new year. We should commit to making 2013 a year of significant personal and spiritual growth. The new year is always a good time to begin healthy new routines and cultivate good habits.  Meditation, yoga and healthy eating are essential and promise to bring about endless positive changes in your life. BTN is here to to help you on your journey back to wholeness with our new Meditation, Yoga and Ayurveda classes here at our NY location!

We also want to take a moment to send prayers and healing to all those affected by the hurricane Sandy in various parts of the East Coast. It was amazing to see how everyone came together, regardless of their differences, to help each other. Humanity and good will is still alive and well.

We hope this newsletter brings a little light into your inbox! Please let us know how we can better serve you! We always welcome you to share your feedback and suggestions with us at info@BreakTheNorms.com

Words of Wisdom

"When you find Love, you will find yourself."

-Rumi
Gotham Chopra decodes it with Break The Norms

Decoding Deepak is....whatever you want it to be. As is my dad. Millions of people love and follow him. Thousands of critics consider him a charlatan. Like many spiritual teachers before him, the decoded Deepak is a looking glass through which viewers see either what they most aspire to be themselves or perhaps what they are most afraid of to discover in themselves.

 Let go and LOVE!

Putting conditions on your Love is like binding your partner in chains. Remember, true Love is unconditional and allows total freedom. Love isn't based on likes and dislikes. Love accepts and nurtures all things. You cannot say, "I love my partner when he does what I want him to do." This is not love, it is more like a dictatorship...
Turn Your Spiritual Swag On

Being Spiritual is not just something that you are, it's something that you do. It's a moment-by-moment choice to keep peace as your only intention and love as your only action.

To turn your Spiritual Swag on is a decision to break free from the same limiting and mundane choices that keep us stuck. It is to become unbound by the thoughts that cause us to judge and the emotions that cause us to hurt. The Child of the Universe is fierce. The Child of the Universe has Swag!
