Who's Excited About BC Trees?
Forestry organizations are joining forces to raise funds to develop a BC tree identification app. Aimed at young people, their parents and teachers, the app will help users identify trees they find in their communities. Users will also be able to take photos of their favourite trees, make notes on them and use the GPS function on their phone to map these trees. The app will also include a forestry news feed and a calendar of forestry events. Learn more about the project here.
