Huntsville office market continues slow, steady turnaround

The Huntsville office market continued its slow and steady turnaround during 2015. According to Graham & Company's 2015 Huntsville Real Estate Market Report, the office sector in the Rocket City witnessed its fourth consecutive year of vacancy growth, but a positive absorption of 164,000 square feet during the year could be a sign the metro is on the rebound.
