Science Teachers Invited As Guest Judges
On March 20, Chris Mader, Bevin Daglen, Peter Langley, and Rob Orr traveled to the Branson School in Ross, California, to serve as judges at the first-ever Branson Science Symposium.

Two years ago, Branson began a process of reviewing science programs throughout the country, as they were interested in changing their sequence in the upper school, as well as starting a research program. They visited OES a number of times and decided to model their program after ours.

They invited these OES science teachers to judge the first symposium. Their fair had primarily freshmen, as well as two classes of senior elective students participating, with close to 100 projects.
