MIDWEST REGION ANNOUNCEMENT

Hart Corporation Logo Specializing in major industrial facilities in rural areas is completely different than working in larger cities. In view of the unique nature of our business, the Hart marketing team comprises two separate groups: Corporate Account Representatives and Regional Representatives. Hart's Corporate Account Representatives maintain contact with multi-plant and multi-distribution center companies. Our Regional Representatives are strategically located in specific territories and are experts regarding available buildings, market values, communities, utilities, labor, incentives and quality-of-life issues. In addition, they work closely with state and local economic development groups.

Craig Nielson Appointed Managing Director  CraigIntro

for Hart's Midwest Region

Hart Corporation has a solid track record completing industrial transactions in the Midwest for over 35 years. During this time we have sold or leased industrial properties totaling more than 58,000,000 square feet. We are now pleased to announce that Craig Nielson has been appointed Managing Director of Hart's Midwest Region, based in Indianapolis, IN.

Craig has nearly 30 years of experience in industrial real estate, including 20 years with Hart Corporation. Per Bob Blackman, Hart's President, "We are very pleased that Craig is now directing our operations in the Midwest. His experience, knowledge of the industrial market, along with his expertise in negotiating sales, leases, build-to- suit projects and investment transactions make him the perfect choice."

A graduate of Arizona State University, Craig is a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR), which recognizes him as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and industrial real estate and a CCIM (Certified Commercial Institute Member).

Craig is responsible for continuing to grow Hart's presence in this region. He will be involved in marketing Hart's listings in the area and handling all site inspection tours. Craig will also keep up to date with available properties, values and the overall Midwest market as well as maintaining relationships with local and regional companies and economic development agencies.

"I am excited about my new role as the Director of Marketing for Hart in the Midwest.  Having worked closely with corporate America, the investment community, and our economic development allies around the country during the years as a national account representative for Hart, this is a perfect match.  Working in the Midwest, on a regional level, will give me a chance to increase our presence in the area and carry on our record of completing more transactions in rural areas than anyone in the U.S."  - Craig Nielson

Hart Corporation excels at counseling clients in the site-selection process.  In many cases we help clients locate an already existing building that suits their needs.  However, in some situations the best alternative is to build new.  Hart's sales professionals can provide a full range of information on available buildings, market values, communities, labor, incentives and quality-of-life factors and work with clients to facilitate choosing between existing and new.  To read about a Midwest site search where Hart helped The Coleman Company identify the ideal location for their new distribution center, click here.
