VT Industries is an Iowa-based manufacturer of fine laminate and stone counter-top systems for residential and commercial use, with whom Hart Corporation has maintained a long term relationship. Including representing the firm on previous site search projects. The requirement was to find a suitable existing facility with specific physical characteristics relating to specific heights, dimensions and column spacing to accommodate their production line equipment within a five-state area in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
