Happy New Year! Full steam ahead! The early winter activity has us all excited and looking forward to a very healthy market for 2013. The year end data was very positive with all of towns posting positive year-over-year unit sales. See our
Market Action Reports for more specific details.

 

With accommodating winter conditions and a large buyer pool looking to get out of their rentals and into the market, we are all finding ourselves very busy. Typically we won't see the start of the spring market until after the Super Bowl, but this year it's already here. 

 

As agents are taking listings, the properties prepped and ready for viewing are going right on the market, a strategy we definitely agree with.

 

Inventory is going to be the buzz word for the year. There continues to be a lack of good properties to satisfy the large pent up buying pool. Great time to be a seller, Finally!

 

Although I am optimistic about selling this does not by any means suggest we are off to the races. Properties will need to be priced correctly and look their best. The buyers are excited but they are looking for value and to spend their money wisely.

 

Great news for TNT Partners again this year we have received the prestigious Five Star Professional Award for 2013 from Connecticut Magazine recognizing our professionalism and customer service. Thanks to our peers and the panel for recognizing us for another year.
