Scholastic Book Fair
The Scholastic Book Fair was a big success this spring.  The SJB community bought over $7,000 worth of books. Scholastic will give us a percentage of the sales to use exclusively for the purchase of books for the School Library.

We would like to thank the co-chairs of the book fair, Erikah Gamez, Justine Allen, and Maribeth Raclaw, and the setup crew of volunteers who did an awesome job of turning the library into an undersea adventure. The co-chairs work tirelessly to make sure the book fair runs smoothly.  Thanks to the cashiers who "man" the book fair every morning and afternoon!  A special thanks goes to the fifth graders for their book fair jamboree. Their book songs and book skits made us all very excited to read!   Thanks again to the SJB community for your support of all the library programs and fundraisers.  We couldn't do it without you!
