2015 TRAVEL PROGRAM REMINDERS
It has been a very successful year, and we are so proud to have 100% of our programs filled! With so many delegates, it's important to remember that there is still much to do, so please be aware of the following:
  • Corrections on travel forms are due Monday, June 1.
  • Final invoice payments are due Monday, June 1.
  • Membership payments are due before program departure. (instructions)
  • Claim participation in your program. (instructions)
  • Carefully read over your PreCamps for all program requirements and packing lists. It's important to support your leader and meet as often as possible, prior to departure. Remember he/she is a VOLUNTEER and is working hard to make this program a success!
WhatYouCanDo:
2015 MOSAIC - BUILDING BRIDGES
World Refugee Day planners are asking for gift card donations to raffle off at the event on June 19. Please contact Elaine Hyder if you are able to contribute.

VOLUNTEER NOW!
If your child is, or has been a delegate, their opportunity was provided by the volunteerism of their host chapter. All parents are required to become involved to ensure that we are able to host reciprocal programs. Please  REGISTER for an upcoming opportunity by June 1.

Critical roles are not filled for the upcoming year. If you have questions regarding a specific interest you may have, please contact Amy Raslevich.

CISV FAMILIES:  HELP AJAPO
AJAPO refugee resettlement agency is welcoming new families this month. CISV families are needed to accompany them to a museum or fun, Pittsburgh outing! Contact Elaine Hyder to see how you can help!
