We need your help! Please complete the following questionnaire. Your answers will be used to help City Staff plan, prioritize, and budget for future sidewalk improvements.

When listing sidewalk locations please be specific. For example: East side of Second Street from Molle Way to Oak Street.

1. Are there any areas not shown on the "Sidewalk Master Plan Map" where you would like staff to consider adding sidewalk?If yes,list the locations below.

2. Should any proposed sidewalks shown on the "Sidewalk Master Plan Map"be omitted? If yes, list the locations below.

3. Please prioritize your top 3 locations where you would like new sidewalk installed.
