Measuring our performance
In 2015, the Planning Commission updated our adopted Strategic Plan. As a result of opportunities identified in this plan, staff is evaluating potential measures by reviewing existing performance metrics within the agency and in other county departments. The Planning Commission's goal is to enhance the agency's efficiency and effectiveness. At our March 14th meeting, Planning Commissioners were updated on progress towards implementing feasible performance measures.
