You're invited to an Open House at the Coat of Many Colors
After weeks of remodeling, we're ready to show off the expanded Coat of Many Colors.

We invite you to join us on March 27th from 10 am - 6 pm as we celebrate our "new" store.  We'll have an official ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:30 am, and customers will receive a 20% discount on their purchases all day.

The Coat of Many Colors is located at 625 Harwood Road in Bedford.  The store accepts new and gently used donations from our neighbors and corporate supporters.  All proceeds from the store benefit the programs of Mission Central. Donations to the store are tax-deductible as charitable contributions.
Village Library students learn tennis basics
Mission Central's Village Library has teamed up with the Northeast Tarrant Tennis League and the U.S. Tennis Association to introduce tennis to our students.

The program will include two sets of three lessons during March and April, allowing different day options, so that our students can enjoy both their regular tutoring sessions and the tennis program. Volunteers play various games with the children to help build their hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and tennis knowledge.

The NETT League is involved with this project to promote a love of tennis and physical activity.  This generation of children is the first generation to have a life expectancy that is less than their parents, in part due to obesity and lower levels of activity.  By promoting fitness, we're helping to empower these children to improve their own quality of life.
Art in the Square to Benefit Mission Central
Listen to music, view great art, eat good food...and support Mission greyscale-pottery-wheel.jpg Central! The Southlake Women's Club has notified Mission Central that we will be a beneficiary of the 2014 Art in the Square event, April 25-27.  We encourage everyone to attend the event in Southlake Town Square to enjoy the art and support Mission Central.
