Cultivating the Warrior-Saint Consciousness - The Espaņola Sangat and Sikh Dharma International are hosting Camp Miri Piri, for young adults, right here in Espaņola, from Thursday July 10 through Sunday July 13. The term Miri Piri comes from Guru Hargobind, the sixth Sikh Guru, who wore two swords, "Miri" and "Piri," representing the warrior-saint, with a balance of spiritual and worldly powers. This concept of the warrior-saint permeates the Sikh philosophy and lifestyle.
