Volunteers are needed to assist the Friends and the US Fish & Wildlife Service with the following:

The week of April 29th, 2013: The Friends and the Service are co-sponsoring a Certified Interpretive Guide Training Course at the Visitor Center starting Tuesday, April 30th and running the rest of the week. All of the FWS Visitor Services staff will be attending the course, and will not be available to help staff the information desk.
We need volunteers, especially those who have experience staffing the desk and the store, to cover openings in the schedule.
We need help on the day shift (9 AM - 12:30 PM) on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
We need help with the afternoon shift (12:30 PM - 4:30 PM) on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.
