"Next" is one of the misunderstood mysteries of all time. How great our lives would be if we only knew what happens next.

So we think.

I'll take you back to World War II. The Germans have all but taken over Europe and are focusing their attention on Russia, mainly due to the strength and technological advancement of their tanks.

The Russians know they do not have the tank arsenal to match up, so create a strategy to combat the advancing tank army. They train thousands of dogs, with bombs on their back, to run under tanks. The trigger for the bomb is a stick that closes when the dog runs under the tank. Boom! Of course, in training, the bombs are not activated.

The day comes for the dog army to face off against the Germans. On command, they run onto the battlefield and towards the German tanks, but they don't run under any of the tanks. They run around them, they stop, they run around in circles, and not a single bomb is detonated.

What happens next?

In a universal twist of fate, the dogs run back to the Russian army and crawl under their tanks, blowing them up. The plan backfired, no pun intended.

You may be wondering why.

The Russians powered their tanks with gasoline, and the Germans used diesel. The dogs were trained to run under gas-powered tanks, which to the universe, is different than being trained to run under tanks.

In today's you'll find a clue and direction, similar to the characters in today's story. You can be the Germans, the Russians, or the dogs. What happens next will not be what you are expecting but you'll be prepared  if you can make the spiritual connection to your reading.
