Flex Feeder with Vision Guided Robot
|
The G-Flex flexible parts feeding solution handles a wide range of part sizes and geometries. The integrated control provides fully adjustable vibration magnitude, giving you control of part movement and speed. Active feedback from the table to controller automatically adjusts vibration frequency based on the weight applied to the recirculating table.
Delivering flexibility with seamless part change-over without time consuming and costly set-up. High tolerance for process contamination, oily parts, chips, etc. are no problem.
With minimal interface required and a one-size-fits most application capability, the G-Flex is attractively priced as compared to complicated feeder bowls.
