SmartPace Dynamic Pacing Conveyors

The SmartPace conveyor enhances packaged product orientation by receiving items and properly spacing them on the conveyor. 
 
The conveyor uses HMI interface to control the spacing, speed and orientation of products. This gives users the ability to merge multiple lanes together without product stops or gates - the entire process is smooth and seamless.
 
Randomly spaced parts enter the conveyor and a photoeye detects product spacing. The conveyor's servo motor control automatically varies the conveyor speed and conveyor junction placement to generate an evenly spaced part.

 The PowerGate 66 IP66 / NEMA 4 variable frequency drive (VFD) is Mitsubishi's introduction to the decentralized drive market. 

The stand-alone VFD is an engineered solution incorporating a version of the Mitsubishi Electric E700 VFD into a custom made NEMA 4 (water resistant) enclosure allowing the drive to be placed closer to the motor even in harsh environments.

The PowerGate 66 drive is especially suitable for applications that require precise motor speed control, including conveyors used in food and beverage operations and material handling, and the control of pumps and fans in HVAC and water handling applications, or in any application where the drive is exposed to water and dust.

The G10 is a cost-effective sensor that can be mounted and aligned in less than 10 seconds, drastically reducing commissioning and installation time. 

The G10 incorporates precise PinPoint LED technology to ensure simple alignment and reliable object detection at sensing distances up to 1,200 mm with background suppression, providing reliable detection regardless of dust, dirt, humidity and extreme temperatures. 

The optional Q-Lock fastening system provides flexible 360� alignment and mounts in a matter of seconds.Since no reflector is required, installation time is further reduced. An easy-to-use potentiometer and bright 360� indicator LEDs ensure easy adjustment and status monitoring. In addition, universal DC and AC/DC power supplies provide even greater application flexibility.
