G-Flex Flexible Parts Feeding Solution Capable of handling most small to medium sized component parts
G-Flex is a programmable platform that shakes and tilts automatically, continually feeding almost any shaped item to vision guided robots. This flexible parts feeding system handles multiple parts and simultaneously provides them to vision guided robots.
Large Capacity Hopper
- Dispenses parts on-demand from hopper to table
- Fill your hopper while your line is running - no more production interruptions
|
Integrated Controls
- Fully adjustable vibration magnitude, giving you control of part movement
and speed - Active feedback from table to controller automatically adjusts vibration frequency as more or less weight is added to the recirculating table
- Pin out / password protected access
|
Uniquely Designed Feeder Table
- Recirculates parts that are not locatable, bringing them back to robot's
field of view - Specifically selected carpet geometries keep the widest range of parts
in circulation - Chamfered corners help prevent part accumulation

Powerful New DataMan Software 5.2 Released
NEW software release expands tuning and test mode options for DataMan fixed-mount ID readers
DataMan 5.2 software release with expanded tuning and scripting capability as well as a new test mode for its popular DataMan 300 and 503 series of barcode readers. The new software significantly increases read rates by decoding lower resolution 1-D codes and extending intelligent tuning capabilities to all symbologies, including Aztec, MaxiCode and PDF417. The software release includes the high-performance Hotbars™ algorithm, which handles both 1-D and PDF417 barcodes.
This new software release gives the DataMan 300 and 503 readers a significant performance boost in both capability and ease of use. The field-proven intelligent tuning has been extended to all symbologies, making setup as simple as pushing a button. For more difficult applications, the enhanced scripting engine allows the logic and decision making to be done within the reader. This simplifies the PLC code integration into the factory network and saves customers time and money.
The DataMan 5.2 software is available now for download
