During his sixteen-year tenure, he was engaged in designing, funding and running programs for kids, college students, and inventors. These programs included: the Collegiate Inventors Competition, an Ad Council campaign "Inspiring Invention," media partnerships with the History Channel and Forbes, as well as numerous corporate and foundation grants and sponsorships.
Prior to that, Jeffrey worked in development at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, where he helped raise funds for the final phase of the Museum's capital campaign and developed strategies for raising operational and programmatic support. Jeffrey earned a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Ohio State University and a Masters in Art Administration from Indiana University.
