CMS HAS POSTPONED THE MEDICARE LCD!

"CMS on Monday said it will delay making changes to its payment rules for prostheses following an outcry over the proposal. 'Both CMS and its contractors have heard your concerns about access to prostheses for Medicare beneficiaries,' CMS said. CMS plans to convene a work group next year to study clinical evidence and establish care best practices for Medicare beneficiaries who require prostheses."

In celebration of Veterans Day, the Wounded Warrior Amputee Football Team will play the Miami Dolphins and NFL Alumni of South Florida in a "Game of Honor".

Ortho Pro will be the official on-site prosthetic support staff for this wonderful event just in case one of them "blows a tire" during the game. All Ortho Pro patients and all Veterans with limb loss are welcome to VIP tickets which allows you free admission to the game and a Field Pass, so you're up close to the action.
