We have renovated our Kendall office and invite you to schedule an appointment at your earliest convenience. Opportunities to be Active in 2015
There are many activities all year long for people with disabilities here in South Florida. The following resources serve as a guide to get the year started in the right direction: Be Active!

THUMBSUP INTERNATIONAL #WEARELIMITLESS

ThumbsUp International seeks to change attitudes about limitations by embracing life challenges. We pair able bodied and adaptive athletes to compete in swim, bike, run and triathlon events to cross a finish line neither can reach on their own. Each athlete races to their ability but together they have a unique experience that will empower both. Our teams set an example that together, #WeAreLimitLess.

If you are interested in participating with ThumbsUp in one of our upcoming experiences, please email Cristina or register through our website.

If you don't have an able bodied friend to race with you, we have a line of volunteers wanting to participate. Spaces are limited so don't delay.
