Ortho Pro's Recent C-Leg-Genium Event

Ortho Pro recently hosted an Ottobock C-Leg/Genium event. The turn out was fantastic and included patients and physical therapists from South Florida along with Ottobock representatives and Ortho Pro staff.

Among the physical therapists in attendance was Curtis Clark, PT (pictured, left) who is retiring this month after 37 years of outstanding service to amputees at Jackson Memorial
Hospital Rehabilitation Center.

Please take a moment this busy holiday season to speak out about the inclusion of Orthotics and Prosthetics in the Essential Benefits package of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). It's important!

Public comment period ends 12/26/2012.

It is imperative that the government receive consumer input that stresses the importance of O and P inclusion in all insurance plans otherwise this COVERAGE COULD BE ELIMINATED from insurance policies.

The healthcare law requires Essential Benefits

include Rehabilitative services and devices but this is not yet defined and could just mean durable medical equipment.

PLEASE COMMENT BEFORE DECEMBER 26, 2012.
