Greetings!

Meet fabulous senior boy, Eddy - what a hunk!

Eddy, aka Seegold Endeavor, is a 9-year-old red male born May 16, 2003 to sire Seegold Baron and dam Blairgold Lexie. Eddy has 21 races to his credit from December 2004 to April 2005. He is very well socialized, and has a laid-back personality but he loves to play too. This big, gorgeous boy is looking forward to a successful search for his forever home!

Eddy is a large red male with a very laid back personality. He gets along great with my other male Greyhound and he is especially tolerant of my 22-month toddler who can put him

through his paces. We have no reservations about Eddy being around children. Eddy is a big boy and loves to eat and has no health issues. Eddy spends his days napping and he is fully house trained and uses the doggie door. He is exceptionally well socialized and friendly to other animals and everyone he comes in contact with. He walks well on a leash and enjoys long walks and exploring the backyard and neighborhood. Each mooring he is the first to greet me with great enthusiasm as he is always very happy and eager to meet the day.

DOLCE GAMBINO - AGILITY STAR!

My husband and I adopted Dolce Gambino (fka Lee) two years ago through GALT. Like other first time parents, we were doubtful about our ability to teach and worried about Dolce's ability to learn. A GALT friend, Ellie, recommended the school What A Great Dog! to us. We eagerly enrolled Dolce in WAGD's Intermediate Obedience class. To our surprise, hard work and daily practice resulted in Dolce passing his AKC Canine Good Citizen test administered on the last day of class.

Since Dolce enjoyed both the learning and the socialization aspect of school, we continued his studies by matriculating in WAGD's Agility track. A year later, after once weekly classes, regular practice, and several fun matches, we found ourselves taking the leap--we signed up for our first AKC Agility Trial. That weekend, four runs later, we earned one qualification toward our Novice Agility title and two qualifications toward our Novice Agility Jumper title. Not only that, Dolce placed first in each of those qualifying runs.

We are beaming with pride. Dolce, our retired racer is not only a certified therapy dog, but also stays active with agility, flyball, nose work and lure coursing. Our baby is proof that greyhounds can excel in sports, on and off the track.
