The Michener Institute/University of Toronto, Department of Radiation Oncology Joint Degree/Diploma Program in Medical Radiation Sciences (MRS) is extending the suspension and will resume Nuclear Medicine student intake in September 2014. This curricular redesign requires extended time for us to continue to work with our stakeholder communities to reflect the contemporary practice needs of the profession and incorporate the latest advances in technology and innovative curriculum delivery. Capital investments in Nuclear Medicine have been made, and the installation of a new SPECT/CT system and refurbishment of the gamma camera laboratory are underway.
