**Required Class for Your 4–Year Renewal**

This class will give you both the Federal and California State Laws and Regulations regarding appraisal practices as well as a discussion of today's legal environment and pertinent issues involving appraisers.
This class is mandatory for renewal during your 4 year renewal cycle in California starting in 2013. Check with BREA if you are required to take this class now.
Dinner is included with this class. Come enjoy this class with fellow appraisers while also being able to network with each other, learn from each other and have dinner together while taking a little bit of a break from our busy schedules.
Ken Hunsinger - Instructor
We are lucky enough to have our own REAA member and former REAA President Ken Hunsinger lead this class for us. Ken is a very engaging and interactive instructor and we are excited to have Ken as our instructor.

This class is approved for four hours of continuing education from BREA.
Cost is $50 for members/$75 for non-members and includes dinner. Please note – For this class we are offering NEW non-members a $25 credit to apply towards joining REAA for 2017 membership if you sign up as a member at this class or by 12/31/2016!!!
**Online registration cut-off is Friday, Nov. 4th, at noon**
A limited number of walk-ins will be accepted for an additional $10 but if demand is high, there may not be a meal for all walk-ins.
