I have developed a computerized mathematical algorithm that uses multiple and Hedonic regression analysis. I realized how vulnerable appraisers were becoming without having some kind of analytical proof to their adjustments. This program took over two years to design and can immediately show its value to the appraiser and anyone else requiring additional proof of adjustments.
