Valuation of Residential Solar PV
This class will discuss the valuation of residential solar Photovoltaic systems with the aim of improving your skills as an appraiser.
**It is a hands-on class with case studies that require the use of a PC or other device that can connect online so bring your laptop or smart phone.
The class will be taught by REAA Sacramento member Debra Little, AjO. Debra is a BPI certified home performance consultant in addition to holding a certified residential appraiser license with the state of California.
The class will cover:
- Technology
- Ownership and Financing
- Valuation Techniques including all three approaches to value
- Class exercises
After the class you should have a good idea of how to value residential solar Photovoltaic systems.
