Build a Stronger Appraisal with Redstone

Add a Redstone Addendum for a Higher Caliber Report
Redstone Addendum page 1: Market analysis. The Market area is clearly defined on a map with all the sales and listings that you analyzed in your trend analysis. Redstone page 2: Visually describes how you selected the top comparables to use in the final analysis as well as up to 20 properties you did not select. Most importantly, Redstone automatically generates the text to describe the ranking and filtering you used to methodically arrive at the top comparables. Redstone page 3: Illustrates how you determined the adjustment factors for the market and includes a time trend chart to establish how the time adjustment was determined and a scatter plot to illustrate the accuracy of the regression analysis in determining the most significant factors (GLA, number of baths, Site Area, etc.) that contribute to value.
