Join us for a 2 hour continuing education course on the new and updated HUD/FHA requirements. You will be educated on:
- Appraiser & property requirements; key policy changes
- FHA minimum property photos
- Required analysis and reporting
- Special energy related building components (measurement and reporting)
- Many other FHA/HUD related items
You will also be provided with a 72 page excerpt of the 4000.1 Handbook applicable for appraisers.
