Reconciliation
Presented by: Dennis DeSaix, SRA & Jared Mickel, SRA
This class will review the reconciliation guidance available in USPAP and the Appraisal of Real Estate, the Appraiser's bible. The course will develop some meaningful reconciliation criteria and discuss how to apply those standards to the reconciliation of each of the three methods and the final reconciliation. We will then work with an appraisal reconciliation template to develop an example of a basic appraisal, and then a more fully developed and complex appraisal.
