Redstone News & Information
Always start Redstone with the Subject Property Verification. If Bing fails to return a property, here's how to fix it.
When you start a Redstone analysis, the first step is to verify the Subject Property location. If Bing's service cannot verify your subject's address there are a few things you can try. You can locate the latitude and longitude coordinates for the subject property using websites like http://geocoder.us/ . To find geo-codes for your subject, input the subject property address and click the "Search" button:

Highlight the Latitude and the Longitude information and right click copy and right click paste them into the corresponding fields in Redstone.

Note: The Website’s display of the Latitude and Longitude are in reverse order of the boxes in Redstone. If the property is of newer construction, the building may not show on the lot. Locate the "S" marker in the approximate location. This location will be used later for calculating proximities to the subject property.

Then, click the "Show Birds Eye View" button to update your Subject's geo-code information.

Also, if your Subject Property is on a large parcel, it’s possible that the subject marker will show centered on the parcel instead of on the Subject Property. Use the navigation tools to zoom out and locate the subject marker.

Left click and drag the subject marker to the center of the subject. Notice that the Longitude and Latitude coordinates have updated.
