Spreadsheets For The Appraiser

Descriptions and demonstrations of various spreadsheets that can be useful to appraisers for determining market trends, finding the final value and finding adjustment values. These are Excel spreadsheets and each will be opened, data placed into the spreadsheets and the results will be examined.
These are the spreadsheets Don will be demonstrating:
Price per SF Calculator, Lot size adjustment, Page 1 of the URAR, 1 unit housing, 1004 MC 4C, 1004 MC 5C, Three Years Trend Graphs, Three Months Trend Graphs, Seasonal Variations, Weighted Comps, DOM vs Sales Price and Value, Lot Values Based Upon Recent Lot Sales
Cross Reference Spreadsheet, Appraiser Scheduler, Market Trend Analysis Program, a multiple regression program.
