This weekend we will go with Jesus to the Jordan River to see how he was baptized by John the Baptist. As we celebrate Jesus' baptism, we will also celebrate the "New Life" that we have in our own baptism. Come and find out more about this new life in Christ.

Jump Back Into January

Kids from preschool 3 through the fifth-grade are invited to jump back into January by joining us during our NextGen Kids educational time at either site. At the South Fort Collins site, we meet Saturdays at our 5 p.m. service following the children's message and Sundays at 9:30 a.m. On Sundays in Greeley, kids meet following the children's message at our 9:30 a.m. service.

5th Grade Duck & Dive

South Fort Collins site fifth graders are invited to join us for some fun and fellowship on Sunday, Jan. 29 from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. at the South Fort Collins site.Meet in the Life Center for some good-old-fashioned dodge-ball and pizza after the games. Invite a friend. Parents welcome.

SoFoCo Students Resume Wednesday Night

Student Wednesdays at the South Fort Collins site resume Wednesday, Jan. 11 for middle and high school students. It's all about connecting students to each other and Jesus and growing
in their life of discipleship. Lineup:

Optional Dinner: 5:30 p.m.
Middle & High School: 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Tentative optional activity time: 7:30 to 8 p.m.

Next Baptism Class

Our next baptism class is Tuesday, Jan. 10 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. It's geared to parents seeking to baptize their newborns or young children, as well as older children and adults who would like to be baptized.

Guadalupe Center

Serve those who are hungry at the Weld County Guadalupe Community Center in Greeley on Friday, Jan. 13, 5 p.m. This is the only shelter in Weld County that provides services to single individuals as well as families.

Night to Shine Registration Open

Registration is now open for both guests and volunteers for the Feb. 10 event. Night to Shine is a prom night experience for people with special needs. You can also make donations or even sponsor a guest!

Hardy Volunteers Needed

If volunteering to help build a Habitat for Humanity home is on your New Year Resolution's list, there are two days reserved in January for Redeemer volunteers. Most of the exterior home is complete, except for siding and roofing. Interior work is coming up. Sign up for January 14 and/or January 26.

Marriage Enrichment Retreat

Register for Redeemer's Marriage Enrichment Retreat held on Saturday, Feb. 11. Takes place at the MacKenzie Lodge in Fort Collins. This one-day getaway will focus on Christlike dialogue for couples. Speakers Jeff and Candy Rosenau will lead and encourage us in how we can communicate with the most important person in our lives.

Redeemed & Retired

The Redeemer & Retired group meets Wednesday, Jan. 18 for a noon pot-luck lunch in the fellowship hall followed by a presentation. The speaker this month is: Jim Willard, from the Loveland Reporter Herald who will test your wits and knowledge with trivia and nostalgia!

Seeking A New Job in 2017?

The Reemployment Ministry connects people in job transition to Jesus' love and each other by providing practical support and spiritual encouragement in a caring Christian environment twice a month, the first and third Thursday at 12:30 p.m. This ministry area is led by the Business Development Manager, and NextJob Certified Job Coach, Joni Hall.

Early Childhood Center Registration Underway

Redeemer Early Childhood Registration for the 2017-18 school year is open to current, former and Redeemer members. Registration opens to the community on January 16, 2017.
