Will You Support the MAPCS Legislative Advocacy?

MAPCS will retain the services of Quinn and Morris to help the association make sure its voice is heard regarding the Attorney General's regulations.

Many MAPCS members have already agreed to fund this effort.  Your financial support would also be appreciated.  Please contribute to the effort.

If you are not a member yet, please join MAPCS today.

Your MAPCS membership will also support the association's legislative efforts.  There really is strength in numbers.  If you join MAPCS today you will help the private post-secondary sector and your own school.

Even as we work to address the Attorney General's proposed regulations at the public hearings we continue to work toward the development of reasonable regulations at the Department of Professional Licensure.

Here is a link to the draft testimony for the AG hearings next week.

Please let me know if you will attend one of the public hearings. The schedule is below. Can you also forward copies of your comments?

Thanks for your help with this important regulatory issue.  Your support and participation will help the Attorney General understand the value that private post secondary career schools provide the Commonwealth and your students.
