SFNE Raises $2,700 for Wounded Warriors
|
Some 20 members participated in the second annual Motorcycle Ride on Friday, August 23, 2013.
This event was another in a series of programs that SFNE has created to provide members with an opportunity to network with colleagues in the steel industry.
The day-long event took riders from Lee, NH north up to Concord with winding curves and sights to see such as Old Shaker Village. They toured the quaint New Hampshire towns of Tilton, Bristol, Rumney, Lincoln and then rode through the Kancamagus Highway to Conway and ended at Rochester Harley. The trip included stops along the way for lunch and to check out the scenery.
SFNE riders raised $2,000 and SFNE golfers raised another $700 for the Wounded Warriors Project.
