Whatcom Food & Farm Finder Distribution
Mid April (times & days are flexible)
The Whatcom Food & Farm Finder is the region's comprehensive guide to local farms and food. The Farm Finder is full of farms of all kinds, restaurants, grocery stores, wineries and breweries, locally-made products and more, and is a great resource to folks get more connected with what's on their plate.
We need a lot of great volunteers to help us get this awesome resource out in businesses throughout Bellingham and the county. Dates are flexible between April 10-19th.
Time commitment: 2-4 hours. Contact Sara at Sara@sconnect.org or 647-7093 x114 to volunteer.
(Having a car is helpful but not necessary.)
If you can help with the Farm Finder distribution please contact Sara@sconnect.org or 647-7093 x114.

Member Connect Breakfast help
Thursdays, May 16th.
Held the third Thursday of the month, Member Connect is a lively and fun networking opportunity for our members. Join us to make connections, find ways to do business locally, and learn about available resources. The meeting is led by the Upfront Theatre and Sustainable Connections with a more formalized and structured networking approach.
We are looking for 1-2 volunteers to help get breakfast ready & set up the room for Member Connect on May16th. Volunteer would meet Abby at The Upfront at 6:45am, help lay out breakfast and set up tables, be able to participate in the networking session (unless there is an odd number in the room) and then help clean up. We are usually out of there by 8:45/9:00. Breakfast, coffee & tea is provided.
If you can help with the set up and clean up of these meetings, please contact Abby@sconnect.org or 647-7093 x103. |
