This Monday, August 19, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., don't miss an opportunity to hear ALL of the candidates for Mayor of Boston at a forum on small business and neighborhood development.
The My Main Street -- My Boston Coalition, a coalition of local Main Street organizations, are sponsoring a forum for the mayoral candidates at the Strand Theatre in Upham's Corner, 543 Columbia Road, Dorchester, moderated by WGBH journalist Callie Crossley. Candidates will explain their views on how to improve the climate for neighborhood-based businesses to open, expand, create jobs and help build vibrant neighborhoods across the city.
The forum is free and open to the public, and local residents and businesses are encouraged to attend! Light snacks will be provided.
