Center for the Arts 606 6th Street, Crested Butte, CO 81224 -  The Crested Butte Film Festival Monthly Series presents I Origins- follows a molecular biologist, who tragically loses the love of his life, but whose research on the human eye points to evidence with far reaching implications about human evolution and spiritual reincarnation.  In March I definitely wouldn't miss March 7: - Big Air on Elk Presented by Colorado FreeSkier, Elk Avenue, Crested Butte - On the main drag- Elk Ave., in Crested Butte at Sundown.

Land Trust Victory!

 There has been a HUGE multimillion dollar campaign to save large portions of Snodgrass mountain from EVER being developed. Great Crested Butte Lodging (me!) contributed $1000 to this campaign! I was very proud to do it. The Crested Butte Land Trust organized this... want to read more about this major victory?
"Thank you for helping to preserve 108 acres on the eastern flank of Snodgrass Mountain, home to the Snodgrass trailhead, abundant wildlife, and pristine wetlands and forests."
