Eighteen state officials from 14 different states met over a three-day-period in November 2015 to participate in the AWRA National Leadership Institute, a gathering place for peer groups of water professionals to share and learn from each others experiences in face-to-face venues.

AWRA's 2015 Annual Water Resources Conference attracted a record number of attendees from November 16-19 in Denver, CO. Drawn in by more than 80 concurrent and 30+ poster sessions, attendees participated in four days of AWRA's signature community, conversations and connections.

AWRA Offers Free Registration for First Webinar of 2016    
To kick-off the 2016 webinar schedule, AWRA is offering the first webinar of our 2016 schedule (Climate Change Adaptation: Flood | Feb. 3, 1pm ET) to both members and nonmembers of AWRA at no cost.* As always, PDH credit is available to all who attend the webinar.

AWRA will start the
2016 Webinar Schedule with a series of three webinars on Climate Change Adaptation featuring Flood, Drought and Wastewater Infrastructure. Following this series, AWRA will offer one webinar per month. The remaining schedule is still being set, but will feature webinars presented by 2015 AWRA IWRM Award winner the Oregon Water Resources Department and IWRM Special Recognition Award winner ONE DROP's Project Burkina Faso, in addition to other water resources management topics.
