169th Street closure under US 31 to begin on or after Monday, July 20
Beginning on or after Monday, July 20, crews plan to close 169th Street underneath US 31 for approximately 14 days to complete bridge work and reconstruct the new roadway under the bridge. During the closure, detour signage will direct motorists to use SR 32, then either Union Street (to the east) or Oakridge Road (to the west) to access 169th Street on either side of US 31.

Overnight lane restriction on Meridian Street near I-465 tonight, July 16
Starting around 9 p.m. tonight, July 16, crews plan to restrict the left lane of northbound Meridian Street between 96th Street and I-465 for a bridge deck pour. This lane restriction is expected to end before the morning rush hour on Friday, July 17.

US 31 stoppages between 106th and 116th streets tonight, July 16
Beginning around 10 p.m. tonight, July 16, crews plan to continue setting bridge beams at 111th Street over southbound US 31. To safely set these beams, motorists should expect stoppages of up to 20 minutes at a time on southbound US 31 between 106th and 116th streets until 5 a.m. During these stoppages, motorists will be diverted to Pennsylvania Street.

Utility crews plan to perform work on 116th Street just west of US 31 to Illinois Street tonight, July 16, starting around 8 p.m. Flaggers will direct traffic in this area through 6 a.m. Friday, July 17.
