Due to an equipment malfunction, crews now plan to open the new southbound US 31 flyover ramp to eastbound I-465 by Friday, Dec. 19. Access to the new ramp will be located just south of 103rd Street, at the same location as the southbound US 31 ramp to westbound I-465. Southbound motorists should be in the right lane before reaching 103rd Street to access I-465.
