Restrictions on southbound US 31 through the weekend

The left and center lanes of southbound US 31 between Greyhound Pass and the Monon Trail overpass will be restricted from 10 a.m. today through 6 a.m. Monday, May 20. The traffic restriction is expected to repeat daily between 10 a.m. and 6 a.m. next week.
The right lane of southbound US 31 is expected to remain open at all times, and two lanes will be open during the Monday through Friday morning commute hours.

Reminder: 151st Street closure begins Monday, May 20
|
Beginning Monday, May 20, crews expect to close 151st Street west of US 31 for a maximum of 60 days. Access to Target from US 31 will remain open.
- During this closure, the west entrance of Target will close.
- Access to Greyhound Court at 151st Street will permanently close.
- The official signed detour route will direct motorists to Greyhound Pass.
- Access to businesses and local access to homes will be maintained throughout construction.
- While the closure is in place, crews will prepare for the future ramp system at US 31/151st Street that will be completed this year.
