Restriction on southbound US 31 tomorrow, May 16
Between 10 a.m. tomorrow (May 16) and 6 a.m. Friday (May 17), crews will restrict the center and left lanes of southbound US 31 between Greyhound Pass and the Monon Trail overpass. This restriction will repeat for approximately one week between 10 a.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning. The right lane of US 31 is expected to remain open at all times, and at least two lanes on US 31 will remain open from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. each day in this area.
Reminder: 151st Street closure begins Monday, May 20
Beginning Monday, May 20, crews expect to close 151st Street west of US 31 for a maximum of 60 days. Access to Target from US 31 will remain open.
  • During this closure, the west entrance of Target will close.  
  • Access to Greyhound Court at 151st Street will permanently close. 
  • The official signed detour route will direct motorists to Greyhound Pass.
  • Access to businesses and local access to homes will be maintained throughout construction.
  • While the closure is in place, crews will prepare for the future ramp system at US 31/151st Street that will be completed this year.
