FUTA Updates, Social Media Tips and More...
Greetings!

In our fall issue of the PayTimes, we mix a little business with pleasure. We've included information on FUTA credit reductions for 2013 and healthcare cafeteria plan updates. We also take a moment to introduce several of our new staff members who have recently joined us. In addition, we touch on social media trends along with some fun videos created with our staff. We hope you will enjoy viewing these and hopefully share them with your friends and business associates.

As always, our goal is to keep you informed with valuable information through our newsletter, so please keep the feedback and article suggestions coming!

FUTA Credit Reduction Information for 2013

Employers in 18 states are likely to have Federal Unemployement Tax Act (FUTA) credit reductions for 2013. On a positive note, this is the first time in 4 years it appears no new states are added to the FUTA credit reduction list.

We would like to remind you that an increase in the FUTA Credit Reduction results in more FUTA tax that you must pay at the end of the year. Please start preparing, per the information below, for the possibility of additional FUTA tax liability at the end of 2013 due to these FUTA Credit Reductions.
