Elite Bites
Switzerland's rich culinary heritage is at the heart of two BELLEVUE PALACE  packages. BELLEVUE Cheese Country includes a one-hour private tour of a Swiss farm and a cheese-making demo at the Emmentaler Showdairy. A great add-on for family travelers: kids can make their own cheese to take home. Or, indulge your sweet side with BELLEVUE Suites and Chocolate, complete with luxury suite accommodations and a half-day excursion to the Maison Cailler Swiss chocolate factory.

We lived vicariously through a mouth-watering review of the private Kitchen Table experience at Makaron, the stylish restaurant at Majeka House in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Read it (at your own risk of hunger pangs) on the popular blog toomuchloveliness.com.

Then, it was on to New York City to meet with Mark Freeman of Pinnacle Management Group International at Alain Ducasse's Benoit NYC.
