Regarding the cancelled 2012 HSA Anthology:

1) If you paid by check, please be aware that NONE OF THE CHECKS WERE CASHED. So nothing needs to be done in those instances. We will not be issuing refund checks since the original check was never cashed.

2) If you paid by PayPal, I will be issuing a refund via Paypal in the next month or so. Please be patient as this is a labor intensive process.
