This webinar discussed why you should use a bulk e-mail marketing service, how these services work and how to get started with Constant Contact. Participants learned the importance of subject lines, how to use graphics effectively, the best time to send e-mails, the best length for e-mails and additional tips to make messages look professional.

Denise showed novices how to get started as well as shared best practices and hints/tips. Viewers learned how to build a chart of accounts, how to classify income and expense accounts, how to deposit large sums or to multiple accounts, how to enter vendor bills and how to invoice customer vs. sales receipts. In addition, participants learned how to write and print checks, how to reconcile checking and credit card accounts and how to print reports for Board meetings.

Participants learned how to roll out the Pantone initiative to association members and received an overview of the Pantone program and its top sellers as well as what marketing and advertising materials are available. Pantone Color Manager Software and the Pantone Trade-in Program were also covered.
