A brief update regarding the Schofield Case (approximately 28 properties, including ECCO, the Cathedral and investment accounts). As you may recall that after a trial in January 2014, the trial court issued a judgment returning these properties and assets to the Diocese. The Defendants appealed that judgment. The Court of Appeal has been fully briefed earlier last year and we just received a notice from the Court of Appeal that the oral argument will likely be scheduled in March. We do not have a specific date yet, once we get a specific date I will advise accordingly. After oral argument has taken place the Court of Appeal has 90 days to issue a decision.
