The first four resolutions below were listed as RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE DIOCESAN CANONS. That is incorrect. They are now corrected with the title RESOLUTION. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

1. Recognition and Commendation on the Continuing Good and Faithful Service of the Reverend Deacon George Cano

2. Recognition and Commendation of Episcopal Diocese of San Joaquin Volunteers to the 78th General Convention of The Episcopal Church

3. Disposition of Funds Received in the Sale of the Real Property of the Former Christ the King Parish, Riverbank, California

4. Acknowledge the Direct and In-kind Contributions Made by St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Modesto, in Support of the Annual Conventions of the Episcopal Diocese of San Joaquin

5. Amend Title II, Canon XII, Sec. 12.01 to Make the Treasurer a Voting Member of the Diocesan Council and Eliminate the Salaried Assistant Position

6 .Replace Title II, Canon XII, Sec. 12.05 to Entitle Diocesan Treasurer to Seat, Voice, and Vote at Annual Convention

7. Add to Title II, Canon IX, Sec. 9.11 to Entitle Diocesan Council Members to Have Seat, Voice, and Vote at the Diocesan Annual Convention

8. Add to Title II, Canon VIII, Sec. 8.09 to Entitle Diocesan Standing Committee Members to Have Seat, Voice, and Vote at the Diocesan Annual Convention
