| FIELD DAY - VOLUNTEERS & DONATIONS NEEDED!! |

Students look forward to Field Day every year. It's a day to celebrate health and wellness with fun and friendly competitions. This year, we're splitting Field Day into two days. Elementary students will participate on May 20th - K-2 in the morning and 3-5 in the afternoon. Middle school students' Field Day will take place on May 21st. In order for our Field Day(s) to be successful, we need lots of help from our parent community.
First, there are a few items that you can help us with. Please take a look at this sign-up genius and see if you might be able to gather a few of these things for us.
Second, we need volunteers to help with set up, during the events and then to help clean up. If you have some time on May 20th or 21st, please sign up at this link.

| LAST PIE MEETING NEXT TUESDAY, MAY 13 |

The last PIE meeting of the year will be held on Tuesday, May 13, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM, in the Parent Center. The Parent Center is located at suite 109-A, between the main school entrance and Satay House restaurant. Come get a sneak peak of what we have in store for the coming academic year!

| USED UNIFORM SALE NEXT FRIDAY, MAY 16 |
Come get a head start on your uniform shopping at the last used uniform sale of the year! It will take place on Friday, May 16, from 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM in the Parent Center, located at suite 109-A, between the main school entrance and Satay House restaurant.

| LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEER "BUDDIES" TO GUIDE NEW PARENTS |

Are you helpful by nature? Do you enjoy talking to new people and making them feel welcome? If so, you can be an Amana Buddy! Amana Buddies will help families new to Amana transition into our school during the first weeks of the next school year.
As an Amana Buddy, you would:
- Be partnered with a few new families in the grade(s) of your choice.
- Welcome your new families with a phone call or email.
- Meet your new families at the Welcome Back Picnic in August.
- Be available to answer questions throughout the school year.
